No. There is no pilot phase. The prototype runs on your actual process before any long-term contract, and the build that follows goes to production. Pilot purgatory is a consultancy business model, not ours.

No. Most clients automate the work nobody wants (re-typing, sorting, chasing) and redeploy people to work that grows revenue. The payback comes from capacity scaling without new hires, not from layoffs based on a demo.
The analysis and prototype come free with the project. You pay a deposit, agreed after our first qualification meeting; if you continue, we credit 100% of it toward the build, and if you don’t, the prototype is yours to keep. Production automation is scoped fixed after the prototype, typically from the tens of thousands of euros, sized against the payback math on the table.
